I Changed My Mind, I Prefer a Different Color, I Found Something Else I Would Rather Buy, Etc.

It is human nature to change your mind. If you change your mind after ordering, please wait for the merchandise to arrive. We will accept any reason for returning your purchase for full credit. We also realize that many AbleMart purchases represent "hard to find gifts," so we will allow up to six months for a product exchange or full credit. We hope that makes your gifting purchases a bit easier. One last thing, there is no restocking charge and anything purchased from AbleMart can be returned thru USPS (the US Mail). Manufacturer's Warranty

AbleMart is a distributor of many manufacturers and therefore we will support you with any warranty claims after you have used the product. There is no need to fill out any warranty paperwork when purchasing non-electronic products. Electronic products are products that you either plug in to an electrical source, or install batteries. Please feel free to call on us, even if products are not covered under warranty or you forgot to fill out your warranty card. We will not disappoint you.

How to Make a Return

Step 1

To return a product/package to AbleMart.com you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by emailing us at returns@ablemart.com. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. In your email, we'll need the following information to authorize your return:

  • Customer name
  • Invoice number
  • Product(s)
  • Nature of the problem
Step 2

Your credit card account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received at AbleMart's warehouse.

Step 3

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by AbleMart.com, our apologies for your inconvenience. We will also credit your account the cost to ship the product back to us.
